We’re seeking a Founding Marketing Manager to help build Chico from the ground up. This is a part-time role to start, with the goal of becoming full-time as we grow. You’ll lead everything from digital strategy and Amazon ads to packaging, social, PR, and brand storytelling.

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in CPG, e-commerce, startup, or beverage/food. You should have a strong track record in scaling digital campaigns (Amazon, paid social, performance marketing) and experience leading cross-functional projects. Bonus points if you’re great at brand positioning and love telling a good story.

The role is remote, but Colorado-based is a plus. We can offer some salary and equity, and we’re looking for someone open to growing with us.
